Tocabe

I made it to Colorado!  It feels so good to be with Cory again.  Cory still has school so he needs to study.  A LOT.  So while he studied and was at school, I cleaned the house.  Like...cleaned the house.  So after a couple hours, some ajax, half a bottle of clorox wipes, vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing...the house is looking shinier than ever!  Of course, I didn't just clean since I've been here.  We went out to grab some food at this cool little American Indian eatery called Tocabe.  It's so good, they were feautred on Diners, Drive In's, and Dives!  They're known for their fry bread (sooooo 'ono)  and bison meat (not too sure about how 'ono that is, lol).  Cory was gonna try the bison, but he chickened out and went with chicken.  Haha.  They do these Indian tacos.  So you start with their hot, fresh fry bread, choose a meat (chicken, beef, or bison), add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa, sour cream, and chipotle sauce.

And this is what it looks like when it's ready to eat!  Doesn't it make your mouth water???

Here's mines and Cory's.  He was sad because the guy made mines bigger.  Oh well :)

It seriously smelt so good. 

As if we weren't stuffed already, we went and ordered desert.  Go big or go home, right?  Each table has a bottle of honey for you to drown your yummy fry bread in.  I can taste it now!

If ever you find yourself in CO, I highly recommend Tocabe.  This place has made me feel a little more confident about my move here in January.  Aside from the fact that my husband is here :)  I think we just might have to hana hou these Indian tacos before I leave!  More CO posts coming soon!
